Andrew Sauer is the National Stormwater Management Practice Leader at Burns & McDonnell. With more than 27 years of experience, he specializes in designing resilient stormwater systems that deliver long-term public value. His portfolio spans green infrastructure, system optimization, and integrated watershed planning.

Andrew is a licensed professional engineer and an Envision-certified sustainability professional. He currently chairs the Stormwater Policy & Governance Subcommittee at the Water Environment Federation, helping shape national policy discussions around smarter urban water solutions.
